    We have always enjoyed our take away from Penang Inn..........until tonight! Firstly, I am assuming the ownership of Penang Inn have changed hands. The food has never tasted this bad in my 4 years of frequenting them. Sweet & sour pork became sour pork; MSG is now heavily utilised; lousy batter is being used for food with batter. It is not Malaysian in any shape or form anymore. If my assumptions are correct, and that the business has been bought over, why would you go and alter a winning formula and stuff things up? The taste of the food we bought tonight reminded me of the bad fusion Chinese food that first existed when we we arrived in Australia in the 70s. More MSG = better taste is now Penang Inn's motto. If you can't do it, don't go and buy these businesses. Never returning again, and that's a pity.
